However, even if players do not have the mod revamp installed, they can still enjoy the seamless transformation and modified moveset of Vegeta (GT). In this case, they will experience the standard in-game models for Vegeta (GT) and his Super Saiyan 4 form, without the visual enhancements offered by the mod revamp.

There's a x2m file and a data folder, use the xv2 intaller from eternity and put the data folder in  your root DBXV2 folder
